01.
Problem
A local family law practice was unhappy with large and inconsistent invoices from their managed print services vendor.
Analysis
They were provided with a high-volume copier with a low-volume maintenance plan. All “overage volume” beyond the initial maintenance plan had a 60% higher cost per page. This creates an attractively low monthly payment but also large surprise quarterly invoices due to the higher rate on overage amounts.
Solution
Their last 6 months of paper use was reviewed to find the proper volume maintenance plan to pair with a copier consistent with their needs. This solution results in a consistent monthly payment which will be approximately 40% less than what they were paying. If their volume increases beyond the adjusted maintenance plan, they will pay the same rate per page, and we will review that annually further reducing the possibility of overages.

Problem
A local home services company had 9 desktop printers they had acquired over time. They were managing 5 different replacement toner models and had no service support or additional features when needed.
Analysis
They did a great job of buying the same brand, but time and obsolescence had caused cost to increase and toner management to become a hassle. Due to growth, they occasionally needed color and the ability to scan or copy as well.
Solution
We downsized their number of machines to 7. Three people now share one central machine. By doing that we were able to add a color multifunction printer and keep their monthly cost (for the 7 machines, toner monitoring and auto-replenishment, service and support) under what they were spending on toner monthly.
03.
Problem
A very large copier and a year’s supply of toner was donated to a non-profit food pantry. They were running out of toner and realized how expensive it was going to be to keep the donated machine going.
Analysis
They only needed to make black copies, and their volume, although high, was easy to determine.
Solution
We were able to replace the large, donated machine with a small yet heavy duty machine and maintenance plan, which saved space and created a consistent cost and overall cost savings.

Problem
A large and well-known organization reached out with a high-priority need with only 24 hours of advance notice. They needed a color printer/copier for a high-volume but short-term project.
Analysis
An immediate review of our previously enjoyed inventory showed we had a machine which would fulfill their needs. Our ability to provide a previously enjoyed machine allows us to minimize the client’s cost and our risk.
Solution
The machine was professionally delivered and installed in less than 24 hours approximately an hour away from our refurbishment and certification warehouse.
